Who We Are Looking For
Lil’ Monkeys is always looking for motivated individuals who possess a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Staff will be working in a team environment, be a positive role model and will demonstrate responsible behaviour at all times. Experience with children is an asset.
In order to be considered for a position at Lil’ Monkeys you must:
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Posses basic computer skills
- Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Having a valid CPR and First Aid certificate is an asset (Lil’ Monkeys will provide training if necessary)

Guest Services / Party Hostess
The objective of this position is to exceed customer expectations when they are at Lil Monkeys while maintaining a high level of teamwork, guest services, employee productivity, operational effectiveness and promotional activity.
- To ensure all guests are greeted enthusiastically and in a positive and professional manner to create an enjoyable play experience in our facility, to exceed customer’s expectations, and to encourage repeat visits.
- To assist guests in any way needed from different stations to improve the overall guest experience.
- To assist other staff in any way to effectively improve the guest experience while at Lil’ Monkeys.
- To ensure that the facility is regularly maintained for waste, clutter and general housekeeping including regular checks of the washroom facilities.
- To ensure that the equipment is being used properly and safely at all times.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the facility is in accordance with Lil Monkeys guest service policy at all times
- To ensure that all party supplies needed for the party are available and that the party room is set up and ready for the client prior to their arrival.
- To ensure that the guest is greeted in a professional manner and made to feel welcome at Lil’ Monkeys all the while being assisted in any way possible.
- To ensure that the party flows in a timely manner as set out by Lil’ Monkeys guidelines.
- To ensure that the party is fully completed right through to payment and the guest exit experience.
- To ensure that when not engaged in the party you fall back onto the guest services requirements.
- To participate in the well being of every guest through interaction and to communicate positive and negative feedback on an immediate basis.
- To ensure that the party is completely cleaned up upon conclusion and left the way you found it or better.
