Q: Why can't adults use bungee trampoline?

We would love to allow adults to play on the bungee trampoline, however, we want to ensure that the children of our facility get priority on all rides and attractions and thus we have restricted access for the adults. Also, even though the children are fantastic at following the no flips or tricks rule, the adults have a hard time staying in line. Yup, you know who you are ;)

Q: Can I do tricks/flips on the bungee trampoline?

For the safety of all of our guests using the attraction, we restrict any flips or tricks. Safety is our primary concern at all times.

Q: What is the age/weight limit for the trampoline bungee?

There is no minimum age restriction. The participant must be able to hold to the harness under their own power and be able to follow simple instructions from the operator. The maximum age we allow is 15. The minimum weight limit is 30 lbs and the maximum is 220 lbs.

Q: What is a bungee trampoline?

A bungee trampoline is similar to a regular trampoline but the participant is in a safety harness the entire time and the bungee ride is operated by a certified staff during the entire experience. This harness is attached to bungee cords which are attached to the ride and the operator can control every aspect of the rider's experience. This guarantees complete safety at all times and takes all the risk out of what one would expect with a regular trampoline as you see in trampoline parks or backyard trampolines. This style of the ride also allows a jumper to soar higher than they would ever be able to on a regular trampoline due to the assistance of the bungee cords.

Q: Do you have a group rate or family pass?

We do have group pricing that is applicable after the group reaches 20 guests. Please see the front desk or fill out a contact ticket on the website for further information. We do not offer family passes but we do offer a Frequent Player Pass which has a savings of 40% off regular admissions. Please contact the front desk or go to our online store for more info.

Q: What if I forget my card at home, can you search up my card?

No. You can purchase a new card and combine them together on a future visit for your convenience if you bring them both in.

Q: Do my tickets/credits expire?

Credits and tickets do not expire on the Play Card system. You can save your credits for a future visit and you can save up your tickets to go towards larger redemption prizes.

Q: How do I know what is left on my Play Card to use?

At any time you can check your Play Card balance at the swipe station located directly under the playground. Just swipe your card and the reader will tell you how many credits you have left to play with and what your total ticket balance is.

Q: Can I buy the prizes at redemption without playing games?

No. Redemption prizes cannot be sold. Redemption prizes must be redeemed through the Play Card system.

Q: Why can't I just load 4 credits onto a card / Why is the minimum $5 if I only want to play 1 game?

The credits needed to play the games or use the rides are only sold in predetermined values programmed into our software system. Our staff does not have the capability of selling credits in amounts other than what the software allows them. We can add cards together or split a larger purchase onto multiple cards if you wanted to take advantage of the bonus credits received with the larger credit purchases and split the credit value up over multiple kids.
