Q: How do the play cards work?

All of our games and kiddie rides have been updated to accept Play Cards. Once you have purchased a Play Card from one of our point of sale terminals you just need to swipe your card in any of the card readers attached to the games and rides. Once the card has been swiped the play credits will be deducted from your total balance and if any tickets are won on the game these will be automatically added to the card as an accumulating balance. You can use these tickets later to redeem for great prizes at our redemption counter.

Q: What should I do if my child has allergies?

We keep an up to date ingredient book at our Bistro with every ingredient for every item we serve. If you have questions please feel free to ask for it to ensure that what you are ordering is safe for anyone that may have an allergy.

Q: Do you have gluten-free snack options?

At the moment we only have a few snack items that are gluten-free. However, we are currently looking into new gluten-free items to expand our Bistro menu.

Q: Do you have any discounts available anywhere?

Keep an eye out for special offers on deal-sites, such as Wagjag or Groupon for more great money saving deals!

Q: Do you offer private rentals for birthday parties?

Most of the private rentals we offer are for large, corporate groups due to the large capacity of our facility. Please contact us if you would like more information regarding a private rental.

Q: Are you open to the public when I have my party? Do you have other parties taking place at the same time?

We can have up to 5 birthday parties at any given time. We are also open to the public for “day play” during our scheduled party times.

Q: Why can’t I have food delivered to Lil’ Monkeys for my party?

We ask that you bring in all food yourself instead of having it delivered to the facility. Deliveries congest the front reception area during a period of time that can already be quite busy. Often, it will tie up one or more of our staff who have to track down various party parents to determine who the delivery is for.

Q: Can I request to be in a certain party room for my child’s party?

Unfortunately, we no longer accept room requests.

Q: Why is seating in the party rooms for the children not the adults?

Our party packages are designed with kids in mind. In many cases, there are very few adults in attendance for the party. We do provide a few adult chairs in every room as well. Adult guests are also welcome to enjoy any of our comfortable seating options outside of the party rooms as long as any food provided with the party stays in the party room. The kids tend to only use the room for a short period of time so the adults are welcome to sit at the picnic tables when they are not in use by the children.

Q: When does the pizza come for parties? / Why wasn’t I asked when I want my pizza?

Pizza and pancakes provided by Lil’ Monkeys will arrive in your party room 30-40 min after the start time of your party. Your party host will go over this info with you at the start of your party. If you would like your pizza at a different time please ask your party host to confirm with our kitchen how much flexibility they have to deliver it to you.
